Mark Lettieri Group

Grammy-winning guitarist, composer, producer, and instructor Mark Lettieri has been heralded as, “a bright emerging star in the guitar world” by Jazz Guitar Today, who lauds his contributions to music as “groundbreaking” and “genre-bending.”  Lettieri is a member of leading instrumental bands Snarky Puppy and The Fearless Flyers.  He is also a session musician proficient in a multitude of styles and has recorded and performed in virtually every genre of popular music.

In addition to his work with Snarky Puppy and The Fearless Flyers, Lettieri has performed as a sideman for global renowned artists including David Crosby, Phillip Phillips, Lupe Fiasco, The Jacksons, 50 Cent, and many more.

Lettieri has released seven albums: Knows (2011); Futurefun (2013); Spark and Echo (2016); Deep: The Baritone Sessions (2019); Things Of That Nature (2019); Deep: The Baritone Sessions, Vol. 2 (2021); and Fly Through It (EP, 2022).  Deep: The Baritone Sessions, Vol. 2 earned a Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album, giving Lettieri his first nomination as a solo artist.

Lettieri tours his music with The Mark Lettieri Group, a quartet of talented musicians that includes Wes Stephenson on bass, Daniel Porter on keyboards, Jason ‘JJ’ Thomas on drums, and Lettieri on guitar and baritone guitar.
