Family
SOPAC proudly presents 2008 Grammy Nominees Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could for the fourth installement of its popular Family series. The group delivers energetic roots-rock with a soulful vibe that is sure to have all family members singing and dancing along. The New York Times hails, “[Rymer’s] music has a rock ‘n’ roll heart.” Rymer got his start as a teenager, playing with Bob Dylan and David Crosby, but was inspired to pen family-friendly songs once he became a father. Rymer’s career in family music continued as he played at schools, daycares, children’s parties and anywhere else that enjoyable, interactive kid-friendly music was needed. From these beginnings has grown a fun, talented band that has garnered thirteen national awards and praise from critics across the country.
Brady Rymer will perform songs, “Your Smile,” “Pie” and “Jump Up (It’s a Good Day)” from their latest album, Here Comes Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could, as well as favorite hits from previous releases. A great event for the entire family, this band is sure to have audience members of all ages moving!
